Schedule Your Fundraiser

  • Give us a call at least three weeks in advance to reserve a pick-up date and time for your fundraiser. The sooner you call us the better - we can book your date up to 6 months in advance!
  • Pay your deposit ($100.00). A deposit is required to reserve your date. We cannot hold your date until your deposit is paid. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
  • You have up to one week prior to your reserved date to cancel, if you cancel within this time, your deposit is fully refundable. Any cancellation after this timeframe will result in forfeiting your deposit.

  • Call us (4) days prior to your reserved pick-up day to place your final order and count. Any special requests will be accepted at this time.
  • We ask that there only be one contact person from your organization who places the order and makes adjustments.
  • Confirm your pick-up time.
  • if you do not call in your order at least 4 days prior to your pick-up date, your sandwiches will not be made and you will forfeit your deposit.

Pick Up Day

  • All sandwiches are made the day of your Pick-up times will be based on the size of your order.
  • Sandwiches are made with the same recipe we use for our other hoagies.
  • Sandwiches are made with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and Oregano. OIL AND VINEGAR WILL BE ON THE SIDE FOR ALL HOAGIES.

  • We do not accept personal checks.
